Michelle is a licensed operator turned principal operations advisor, helping wastewater plants across the country solve tough problems—sometimes from thousands of miles away.
At American Water, Michel supports teams in multiple states, jumping in when treatment plants face process challenges. His approach? Show up without judgment, build trust, and work side by side—even virtually—to get operations back on track.
“We're really here to help,” says Michel. “Just because I came from corporate doesn't mean I'm here to bust you.”
