The Texas Water Leaders Program has trained over 120 professionals through workshops, networking, and mentorship, fostering statewide collaboration and nuanced skills like team management to drive innovative water solutions.
“Our emerging leaders gain skills in a vulnerable space with peers facing similar challenges,” says Sendejar.
