Colin Wellenkamp is the Executive Director of the Mississippi River Cities and Towns Initiative.

Colin talks about approaches to reduce nutrient pollution, including supporting sustainable agriculture, increasing monitoring with sensors, and piloting environmental impact bonds in Memphis and New Orleans.
